8 healthy food to promote hair growth


So now you want long hair? You cut them? Now want the beautiful long hair? Who does not want that.

Better looking hair can start at the very next meal you take. No matter how many branded and expensive things and products you apply on your scalp, you cant have good looking hair until and unless you take healthy food. Why not? When it's cheap and easily obtainable and reachable!
So girls! Grab the food I am gonna tell you about in this article.

All you need to do is fortify your follicles! What is a follicle? It's the depression in the skin from which the hair emerges. So how to do it? PROTEIN RICH FOOD. It'd certainly grow your hair absolutely fast.

EGGS:

Conditioning and eating eggs makes your hair grow fast. They make hair beautiful and shiny. Eggs help growing weakened and damaged hair. Hair is composed of 70% keratin and egg proteins help re-building damaged hair. They are good source of choline, protein, selenium, biotin, vitamin B5, vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamin A and Vitamin D.

SALMON:

Now comes SALMON!! You can't leave Salmon behind if you are planning to grow your hair faster. Salmon keeps your scalp healthy. It has necessary omega-3 fatty acids. Deficiency of these acids can lead to drying of scalp which will make your hair looks dry and dull. I hope you don't miss Salmon. You can also take Sardines, Trout or Mackerel if Salmon is not available.

SWEET POTATOES:

They are the great source of antioxidant which your body transforms into vitamin A. They are needed for hair cell growth. Deficiency of vitamin A makes your hair look dry and brittle and also bad for your scalp which is the hurdle for your hair to grow. Don't miss out potatoes girl. You can also use potato juice for this purpose. You want a hair mask of potatoes? Just juice 3 potatoes with some honey and egg yolk and look you have got a wonderful hair mask which will grow your hair faster!

Oysters:

Oysters are good for your hair growth and hair fall. Oysters tend to be highly rich in zinc. Deficiency of zinc causes hair loss and bad scalp conditions. Eggs and beef are the other sources of zinc. Low zinc means dandruff, dried hair, low rate of hair growth and hair loss.

NUTS:

Nuts also contain omega-3 fatty acids. They have biotin and deficiency of biotin causes hair loss and decreases luster of your hair. They also protect your hair from DNA damage. They also have copper which maintains your hair color and keep them lustrous. So I hope you don't omit Walnuts next time.

LENTILS:

Lentils and beans provide protein since they are essential for your hair. With that they also contain biotin and copper which are the reason of your hair growth. Lentils are full of folic acid and deficiency of folic acid causes a lot of health problems including unattainable hair loss so better you don't omit lentils, soya beans or kidney beans when you are going to plan growing your hair.

SPINACH:

Now let me tell you about IRON which resides in spinach in such a huge amount. Spinach keeps the scalp oily and healthy. Take dark green and iron rich vegetables in your meals. Green leafy vegetables like broccoli and kale. Spinach has beta carotene and vitamin C. Vitamin C is the building block for collagen i.e a structural protein that give healthy hair, healthy scalp!

GREEK YOGURT:

Give a boost to your hair while they are growing slowly. As protein is the main thing, you need to keep your eyes on protein rich food for faster hair growing. Greek yogurt has low-fats. Its a hair friendly protein which is so extremely good for your hair. It is the most nutritious food. You can use it for cleansing purpose as well.
